Behavior-based safety must have attitude adjustment deriving in part from observations, feedback and reinforcement to be sustaining. The goal should be small gains over and over again; continuous growth. BBS is not a quick fix. It is a sustained commitment by everyone involved the workplace.
The Safety Dynamics Group (SDG) behavioral safety process involves your employees in a systematic culture change. It is performed in three progressive stages, supervised by an assigned SDG Project Manager. The Project Manager coordinates the crucial timing of the stages, as well as the roles, responsibilities and resource requirements for successful implementation.
