We ask our trainees to complete course evaluations after every training class, and we welcome our client’s input concerning our consulting services.

Our clients include Fortune 100 companies as well as small businesses. SAFETY DYNAMICS provides highly qualified consultants, who are dedicated to resolving our client’s compliance issues with State and Federal OSHA. If our client does not have a full time staff safety professional, SAFETY DYNAMICS can fill that role at a cost less than a full time employee. This is particularly useful to smaller companies. We can also be of assistance to our client’s safety staff in conducting training and audits. If needed, we can provide Expert Witness and help with Cal/OSHA appeals.

EXPERIENCE
We have trained over 250,000 people and all instructors are qualified safety and/or health professionals. We have been in business since 1980. Our consultants have the education and the many years of combined experience needed to help establish State and Federal OSHA compliant programs for our clients. The average years of experience for our staff members equals 22 years.

FLEXIBILITY
As always, we can train at "your place or ours." In addition, we now have access to other training facilities to meet the varying needs of our client and the presentation. Our trainers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for training. Spanish speaking instructors are available. We work with clients to minimize interruptions to production and maximize effective training. We customize our services to accommodate our client’s needs.

CLIENT SUPPORT
SAFETY DYNAMICS furnishes all training materials and supplies. There are NO HIDDEN COSTS! We track training course renewals so clients and trainees receive reminders of required refresher training. We can do all scheduling and follow-up for companies with multiple locations. We can design a Safety Implementation Plan with realistic goals and time lines, and assist in the implementation and monitoring of activities. We customize our Annual Safety Service Plan to meet the needs of our client, with the ultimate goal of achieving a self-sufficient company safety program. We can provide training and practical onsite exercises that will enhance our client’s management and line supervisory abilities to meet their requirements under the law and significantly improve the bottom line.
