personable instructors in the occupational safety and health management professions. Requires strong skills in
presenting technical material to non-technical audiences in a stimulating way. Candidates must be capable of
working independently, and have the ability to communicate effectively.
Instructors should be innovative, flexible and able to respond as necessary to trainee
questions and concerns. Candidate must be genuinely concerned about client satisfaction.
Bilingual a plus.
Experience with media presentation equipment a must.
Experience developing Power Point presentations a big plus.
Knowledge of State and Federal OSHA standards required.

Training Coordinator
This position requires a highly organized, energetic individual with excellent communication skills, experience with word processing, data base management, and an outstanding telephone personality and presence.
Duties include:
Coordination of class schedules with instructors and clients
Supplying confirmation notices, certification cards & diplomas
Problem solving to ensure client satisfaction
Timely and effective follow up with clients and instructors
File maintenance
Maintenance/inventory of training materials/equipment & office supplies
Management of client data base (Maximizer)
There is a 90-day training/probation period with an hourly rate of $12.50 - $15.00. After successful
completion of the probation period, medical and dental insurance are available.
